About Us

Hello and Welcome!

Partners in life and business, our culinary journey began with a shared love for poutine. Our passion for this beloved Canadian dish inspired us to create our own food truck in 2014, which we aptly named Poutine Your Mouth

As we honed our skills and grew our business from a passion project to a full-time career, we realized just how much we love feeding people. This led to us we opening our first brick and mortar restaurant, Blue Heron Bistro on Lopez Island. 

Feeding people is what we do. It’s what we love. It’s what brings us joy. Let us feed you on your special day.
