Partners in life and business, Jen and Ted's culinary journey began with a shared love for poutine. Their passion for this beloved Canadian dish inspired them to create their own food truck in 2014, which they aptly named Poutine Your Mouth. Over the years, their dedication and hard work paid off, as they honed their skills and grew their business from a passion project to a full-time career. As their family expanded and their priorities shifted, they remained committed to their culinary vision, adding a brick and mortar bistro, a second food truck, and a catering outfit to their family-run operations. Than joined the team in 2022 as a dedicated catering manager.

Their vision and expertise have allowed them to build a thriving business that is making a lasting impact on the culinary landscape of the San Juan Islands. Whether poutine served from the truck or a full on catered event, the vision stays the same: make good food, create a memorable experience, and have fun!

During the summer and autumn harvest, more than fifty percent of our product comes from local farmers. We’re proud to support them and offer our clients the opportunity to encourage farmers, small businesses, and family-run operations to continue thriving among our beautiful island communities.
